چکیده
In recent years, the exopolysaccharide (EPS) produced by deep-sea bacteria has attracted interest of various researchers. present study, we have explored properties and structure a novel (called BPS) Bacillus enclensis AP-4 from sediments. The maximum yield BPS was 4.23 ± 0.17 g L ?1 in 2216E modified medium. 1 H NMR studies purified displayed ? ?-configuration sugar residues, including mannose, glucosamine, glucose, galactose, xylose molar ratio 1.00: 0.09: 0.04: 0.07. showed molecular weight 23,434 Da abundant hydroxyl amino residues. addition, exhibited rod-like with rough surface dominated C, N, O elements. demonstrated remarkable thermal stability, high degradation temperature, excellent emulsification capacity compared to most reported exopolysaccharides. Moreover, better quenching activities against four radicals, which provided favorable protection for strain. Finally, freezing experiment investigated cryoprotective effect on E. coli S. aureus . effectively improved cell survival maintained activity Na + /K -ATPase, facilitates culture preservation. To best our knowledge, work is first report suggesting that marine dual-activity. This presents foundation analysis exopolysaccharides bacteria.

The structure of the extracellular polysaccharide produced by the mesophilic species, Alteromonas infernus, found in deep-sea hydrothermal vents and grown under laboratory conditions, has been investigated using partial depolymerization, methylation analysis, mass spectrometry and NMR spectroscopy. The repeating units of this polysaccharide is a nonasaccharide with the following structure: [car...
متن کاملStudy on Activity and Stability of Proteases from Bacillus Sp. Produced by Submerged Fermentation
Objective: Investigations were carried out to isolate bacteria from saline-alkali soils and determined optimized alkaline protease activity and stability produced by a wild strain of bacillus sp. in submerged fermentation (SMF). Methods: Optimum temperature for enzyme activity in the crude extract was 40 ◦C at a pH between 8.0 and 9.0. The studies on pH stability showed that the enzyme...

Characterization of Lipopeptide Biosurfactants Produced by Bacillus licheniformis MB01 from Marine Sediments
Antibiotic resistance has become one of the world's most severe problems because of the overuse of antibiotics. Antibiotic-resistant bacteria are more difficult to kill and more expensive to treat. Researchers have been studied on antibiotic alternatives such as antimicrobial peptides and lipopeptides. A functional bacteria MB01 producing lipopeptides which can be used as bacteriostat was isola...
